The Fashion Nanny team were lucky enough to be invited to join in on a ladies brunch, hosted by a fantastic charity initiative, called the LEARN Project.
The charity focuses on providing school supplies for underprivileged schools and encourages the community to get involved by asking for old books and second hand stationery. Everything is then in turn, spruced up and donated to those in need.
The brunch was held at local church hall, where a myriad of lovely ladies sat munching on a fantastic array of breakfast treats. We were also treated to a goodie-bag of gifts from the LEARN Project team and had the opportunity to pamper our hands with Shezen products and demonstrations. The guest speaker for the day was none other than the Fashion Nanny herself, and the hall of giggling ladies listened to the enigmatic Sabrina, as she entertained the crowd with a slide show of inspiring quotes and concepts. A lot of women left feeling excited to rethink their wardrobes and dedicate more time to “dressing proud”.
At the end of the event, we were all blessed with a book to sign and donate to a school library. The team left feeling very inspired and amazed by the wonderful work being done by this Project, as well deeply satisfied with our delicious brunch and endearing goodie bags.
